Deploying high-power GPU clusters in tropical regions like India requires specific architectural adjustments. High average humidity, summer temperatures exceeding 45°C, and electrical variations present challenges that standard computing systems are not designed to handle.
High-end GPU cards can generate between 350W and 700W of heat per card. If a server rack contains eight of these components, the overall thermal load can reach up to 10kW per 2U/4U enclosure. To prevent thermal throttling, Dynova servers incorporate advanced airflow systems:
Voltage fluctuations and momentary power drops are common operational concerns. Dynova hardware uses titanium-grade redundant power supplies (CRPS) that operate at 96% efficiency under typical workloads. These power units support standard input voltages of 200–240V AC and high-voltage DC (HVDC) options, protecting internal components from sudden electrical spikes.
Data centers located in developing industrial zones often face high particulate dust levels. To protect delicate circuits, our server chassis can be configured with MERV-rated dust filters. Additionally, we apply a protective conformal coating to the motherboards to guard against corrosion in humid climates, helping to extend the operational life of the hardware.
Importing enterprise-grade computer hardware into India requires compliance with local government regulations. Failure to prepare the correct paperwork can lead to clearance delays and unexpected storage charges at customs points in Mumbai, Delhi, or Bengaluru.
Under the Compulsory Registration Scheme (CRS) managed by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), all servers and workstations must carry valid BIS certification. Dynova assists partners by providing complete compliance documentation, including CE, FCC, RoHS, and matching test reports from accredited laboratories, helping to speed up local registration processes.
Most server systems fall under HS Code 8471.50.00 (Digital processing units). Depending on bilateral trade agreements and special economic zones (SEZs) like GIFT City in Gujarat or SEZs in Chennai, import duties can vary. We work closely with authorized customs brokers in India to ensure accurate documentation is prepared ahead of shipping, reducing the risk of customs delays.
